What NERV AI is

NERV AI builds custom AI-powered business systems for solo founders, creators, and micro-companies. Each system is built specifically for your business over a 4-week engagement. This is a one-time service, not a subscription.

How it works

  1. You submit an application through our website.
  2. If accepted, we agree on scope and you pay the first installment.
  3. We build your system over 4 weeks.
  4. You pay the second installment at the midpoint.
  5. We deliver your completed system.

Payment

The total fee starts at EUR 3,499. Payment is split 50/50: 50% deposit before kickoff, 50% at the midpoint of the build. All prices are in euros. Invoices are sent via email. Payment is due within 7 days of invoice.

Intellectual property

You own your NERV system. The agents, workflows, and configurations built for you are yours. We retain the right to use our general methods, frameworks, and templates (which are not unique to your build) in future work.

What we are not

NERV AI is a business operations tool. We do not provide legal, financial, tax, or medical advice. Decisions made using your NERV system are your responsibility.

Limitation of liability

NERV AI is provided as-is. We do our best to build reliable systems, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, especially where third-party tools and AI models are involved. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

Refunds and termination

If you cancel before kickoff, your deposit is fully refundable. If you cancel after kickoff but before the midpoint, 50% of the deposit is refundable. After the midpoint payment, no refunds are issued. We reserve the right to terminate an engagement if the working relationship is not viable, with a prorated refund at our discretion.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use your NERV system for anything illegal, harmful, or in violation of the terms of the third-party tools connected to it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be resolved in Dutch courts.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
