We use two analytics tools to understand how visitors use the site. Neither is used for advertising and we never sell this data.
Google Analytics 4. Loaded only after you click Accept on the cookie banner. Records anonymised page views, scroll depth, clicks on our call-to-action buttons, and apply form progression. IP addresses are anonymised. We use this data to understand which pages work, where visitors drop off, and which campaigns bring qualified prospects. Data is retained for 14 months, then automatically deleted.
Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights. Privacy-friendly performance monitoring built into our hosting provider. No cookies, no cross-site tracking, no personal data. Collects hashed anonymous visitor counts and Core Web Vitals (page load speed, interactivity, visual stability).
To opt out of Google Analytics: click Decline on the cookie banner, or clear the nerv_consent entry from your browser's local storage and reload the page to see the banner again. Vercel Analytics cannot be opted out of individually because it does not identify you.
We use your data to evaluate your application, build and deliver your NERV system, and provide support after delivery. We do not sell your data. We do not use your business data to train AI models.
Your NERV system is powered by Claude, made by Anthropic. During system operation, prompts and responses are processed through Anthropic's API. Anthropic's API data is not used for model training.
Your system connects to tools you choose (such as Notion, Google Workspace, Telegram). Each integration uses your accounts and credentials. We do not store passwords or API keys beyond what is needed for your system to function.
