Who we are
This site is run by NERV AI BV, Antwerpsesteenweg 840/301, 9040 Gent, Belgium, company number BE 1036.471.823. We decide how your personal data is used on this site, which makes us the controller under the GDPR. For anything about your data, email contact@nervai.eu.
What we collect
Only what you type into our form, “Talk to an expert”: your name, work email and company website, plus how many inbound requests you get a month if you add it.
With the form we also record which page you sent it from and the campaign link that brought you there, if there was one. This site sets no cookies. We count page views with Vercel Analytics, which uses no cookies and doesn’t identify you.
Why we use it
- To do what you asked: set up the call. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract (GDPR article 6(1)(b)).
- To follow up on your request and tell you about NERV and our inbound services afterwards. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering the people who contact us (article 6(1)(f)). You can tell us to stop at any time.
- To prepare for the call, our expert reads up on your company with AI, using your company website and public information. We don’t use your data to train AI models.
We never sell your data.
Where it is stored, and who processes it for us

Each one processes data only on our instructions. Where a provider handles data outside the European Economic Area, we rely on an EU adequacy decision or the EU standard contractual clauses.
The calendar only loads after you send the form.
How long we keep it
If we don’t start working together, we delete your details 24 months after our last contact. If we do, we keep them for as long as we work together, and afterwards for as long as Belgian law requires for contracts and invoices. If you ask us to delete your data, we do it within 1 month, unless the law requires us to keep it.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can:
- see the personal data we hold about you
- have it corrected or deleted
- object to how we use it, or ask us to limit it
- get a copy in a format you can take elsewhere
- withdraw your consent at any time, where we rely on it
Email contact@nervai.eu and we answer within 1 month. You can also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit), at www.dataprotectionauthority.be.
Changes
When this notice changes, we update it here with a new date.
